Results of our Customer Satisfaction Survey

The satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. Therefore we conduct a regular survey to evaluate the degree of satisfaction with Severn and our services.

Using 27 pre-defined criteria, we ask our clients about the "overall impression" of Severn, the "performance of our consultants" and many more individual aspects. The graphic shows the average rating by all our clients over the last two years.

The outstanding ratings are proof for our aim to always act in the best interest of our clients which includes providing outstanding quality and delivery in time.
